this silent hill 2 hd remake is not just for the sake of it, or for nostalgia. it actually adds a lot of new features that would be extremely difficult to implement into the original game, and also adds things that i think are good ideas that would add to the atmosphere and overall experience of the game. the new graphics are definitely a step up from the original, and bring the game to a higher standard. the effects from the hd remaster also make the game feel a lot more alive, and in some cases, you'll notice that the model is actually being displayed in front of you, rather than being just a still image. the overall audio quality is also improved, and the new soundtrack is very effective. all in all, this hd remake is an excellent addition to the series, and a must-have for the hardcore fans of the series. 3d9ccd7d82
