Medication Aide Class Information

                       June 10 - July 24, 2024, 9a-3:30p (Mondays through Wednesdays only)
                                                     Deadline to enroll: May 15, 2024
                                        Entrance exam for this class: M-W or F, 9:30am (call to arrange)

Initial Steps for Enrollment:
1. MUST meet criteria below (in brochure). 
2. Schedule your entrance exam.
3. Must pass the entrance exam (can search online TABE practice tests for 11th and 12th grade reading, comprehension and math skills to prepare)
4. On the same day of passing entrance exam, pay at least the non-refundable deposit of $900 (business check, bank check or money order only) OR $450 in CASH ONLY** (if paying on the cash payment plan) and complete the registration form to start your enrollee file.
**(CASH ONLY payment plan available: $25 fee to set up the payment plan plus 4 payments of $450 each- total $1825.)
5. You will be provided additional information on entrance exam day as well as the date and time of your orientation. You will be provided with a list of required documents to bring with you on orientation day.
6. Orientation day will be held 1-2 weeks prior to the start date of class. Plan on 3 hours for orientation.
7. The remaining payment is due NO LATER THAN 1 week prior to the start date of class.
